1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.designjadugar.com, including any related mobile applications and services (together, the “Platform”), which are operated by SR Interior Designs Pvt. Ltd. under the brand name Design Jadugar (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including clients, visitors, or anyone accessing our content or services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or associated policies, you should not use the Platform.
Design Jadugar may, at its sole discretion, update or modify these Terms from time to time.When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms or notify you via email (if applicable). Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Please review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
Unless otherwise stated or inconsistent with the context, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
- “Content” means any data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials, including but not limited to company logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, displayed, published, or made available on or through the Platform.
- “Intellectual Property Rights” means all intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered), including but not limited to copyrights (including software copyrights), patents, trademarks, logos, trade names, design rights, database rights, know-how, trade secrets, and rights of confidence in relation to the Platform, Services, and/or Content.
- “Design Jadugar Technology” refers to Design Jadugar’s proprietary technology that underpins the Platform and/or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object form), source codes, user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects, documentation (printed and digital), know-how, trade secrets, and any related intellectual property rights globally (whether owned by Design Jadugar or its licensors). It also includes derivatives, improvements, enhancements, or extensions of such technology developed by Design Jadugar that are not uniquely applicable to Users.
- “Parties” collectively refers to both Design Jadugar and the User, and individually as a “Party.”
- “Third-Party Vendor(s) and Service Provider(s)” means independent vendors and/or service providers who offer, supply, or provide products or services through the Platform and are not owned, managed, or employed by Design Jadugar.
- “User(s)”, “you”, or “your” means any person or entity who visits, browses, uses, or otherwise engages with the Platform and/or avails Services through it. This includes those transacting with or receiving products/services from Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers.
- “User’s Content” means any material such as data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other content including trademarks or copyrighted works submitted, uploaded, or published by a User on the Platform.
- References to “Clauses” refer to clauses in these Terms.
- Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
- Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; references to any gender include all genders.
- The term “person” includes any individual, corporation, firm, partnership, association, trust, governmental body, or other legal entity.
These Terms govern all Users of the Platform and/or Services and constitute a binding agreement between each User and Design Jadugar. By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform or Services.
Use of specific features or areas of the Platform may be subject to separate terms, conditions, or policies as indicated.
3. Eligibility to Use
To access and use the Platform or Services provided by Design Jadugar, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.
By using the Platform or registering an account (where applicable), you expressly represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older;
- You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity (individual, company, firm, or organization), you have the legal right and authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
In the interest of transparency and fraud prevention, and in accordance with applicable law, Design Jadugar reserves the right—but is not obligated—to:
- Request valid government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your identity;
- Perform background verification through third-party databases or publicly available sources.
Your continued access or use of the Platform signifies your compliance with this eligibility requirement. Any violation may result in restricted access or termination of your use of the Services.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform and Services—such as project updates, drawing approvals, and communication with Design Jadugar—you must register an account via our official mobile application (the “App”). The App is a third-party white-labeled application provided for Design Jadugar and is distributed exclusively as an APK file for download.
During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, address, and contact details. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all provided information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes must be updated promptly within the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account—whether by you or by any Authorized User—are your responsibility. Design Jadugar is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from failure to secure your login credentials. You may also be held liable for losses incurred by Design Jadugar or its partners due to such negligence.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account without notice if misuse, suspicious activity, or non-compliance with these Terms is detected.
By registering, you authorize Design Jadugar to collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes communication through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email strictly for service-related purposes. Your data will be handled with confidentiality as per applicable law.
You may designate other individuals as “Authorized Users” to operate your account on your behalf. However, you remain fully responsible for all actions taken by such users. It is your duty to ensure they comply with these Terms.
You agree to:
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
- Log out after each session to prevent unauthorized access.
Design Jadugar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your or your Authorized Users’ failure to comply with this provision.
We may set general usage limits for the App, such as:
- Maximum storage capacity for your content
- Maximum retention period for your data
- Inactivity period after which your account may be terminated
These limits may be modified at any time without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any loss of data due to such changes.
Your App account is non-transferable and may not be assigned to any third party without prior written approval from Design Jadugar.
By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive transactional communications via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the communication or by writing to us at Care@designjadugar.com.
5. Our Services
Design Jadugar offers a comprehensive platform for interior design services, encompassing both design and turnkey execution. Our offerings include:
- Complete interior design solutions;
- Turnkey execution of approved designs; and
- Facilitation of product and service purchases from third-party vendors and service providers (“Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers”).
All payments due to Design Jadugar must be made immediately upon becoming payable, in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in a pause or termination of services.
Third-Party Products and Services
Where services or products are provided by Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers, Design Jadugar will make reasonable efforts to ensure that warranties or defect liability periods are provided—specifically for civil and woodwork-related items. However, Design Jadugar does not set or control the pricing, delivery, or policies of these independent vendors.
Design Jadugar shall not be held liable for any issues arising from products or services rendered by Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The quality, safety, legality, suitability, or condition of any third-party product or service;
- The accuracy of any description, pricing, or claims made by Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers; or
- The actions, omissions, or conduct of any Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers.
Design Jadugar’s responsibility is limited to providing a platform that facilitates interactions between Users and Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers in accordance with these Terms.
By using our Platform, you agree that Design Jadugar is not obligated to mediate or resolve any disputes or disagreements between you and any Third-Party Vendor or Service Provider. Users must independently review and accept any additional terms and conditions presented by such vendors before engaging their services or making a purchase.
Design Jadugar reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of its service offerings, including styles, product lines, and execution options, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. General Obligations and Restrictions
6.1. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of the necessary devices, internet connectivity, and related infrastructure required to access and use the Platform and Services. All telecommunications and internet charges incurred while using the Platform shall be borne exclusively by you.
6.2. License to Use Platform
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Design Jadugar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
6.3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Without limitation, you shall not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or Services or the data contained therein;
- Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any content that:
- You do not own or do not have lawful rights to use;
- Is offensive, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, harmful to minors, or otherwise unlawful;
- Infringes any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person or entity;
- Contains viruses or any other programs designed to harm or disrupt software, hardware, or networks;
- Misleads or deceives other Users about the origin of such content;
- Impersonates any person or entity;
- Threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India, public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence.
6.4. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
You shall not reverse engineer, modify, reproduce, copy, republish, transmit, or distribute any material or software from the Platform without prior written permission from Design Jadugar. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws.
6.5. User Content and License to Design Jadugar
If you upload or share any User Content on the Platform, you represent that you own all rights in such content. You grant Design Jadugar and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and create derivative works from such content (excluding personally identifiable information), including for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. You acknowledge that we are not obligated to retain or publish any User Content and that you are solely responsible for maintaining backups if required.
6.6. Accuracy and Risk
Design Jadugar does not guarantee the identity of other Users or the accuracy, authenticity, or reliability of User Content provided by other Users or third parties. You acknowledge and agree that your reliance on any such content is at your sole risk and discretion.
6.7. Photographic Consent
You hereby unconditionally authorize Design Jadugar and its representatives to capture photographs and/or videos of your property before, during, and after the execution of the project. Such media may be used by Design Jadugar for promotional, marketing, portfolio, or other business purposes, including online and offline publication. However, your name or identifying information will not be disclosed without your prior written consent.
7. Unauthorized Transactions
You agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, initiate, engage, or encourage any Third-Party Vendor or Service Provider associated with Design Jadugar to offer their services to you independently—outside the scope of Design Jadugar’s Platform or formal engagement process.
Any transaction, arrangement, or payment made by you directly to a Third-Party Vendor or Service Provider, bypassing Design Jadugar, shall be deemed an “Unauthorized Transaction.” Design Jadugar shall bear no responsibility or liability for such Unauthorized Transactions, and you expressly waive any claims against Design Jadugar arising from or related to such dealings.
This restriction is necessary and reasonable for protecting Design Jadugar’s legitimate business interests, its proprietary vendor relationships, and ensuring service accountability. You acknowledge that any breach of this clause may cause substantial harm to Design Jadugar, and you shall be solely liable for any resulting damages, losses, or consequences, legal or otherwise.
8. Updates, Modifications, and Availability
Design Jadugar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to upgrade, modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform and/or Services, including features, functionalities, and user interfaces, at any time and without prior notice.
You acknowledge and agree that such changes may result in temporary or permanent interruptions, modifications, delays, or discontinuation of access to the Platform and/or Services or any of their components. Design Jadugar shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such interruption, suspension, delay, or unavailability, nor shall it be held responsible for any loss or damage arising therefrom.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms, Design Jadugar may, at its discretion and without obligation, discontinue the Platform or Services, in whole or in part, either temporarily or permanently. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept such potential modifications as part of the normal operation of the Platform and Services.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Design Jadugar Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, visual design, artwork, sounds, and computer code—is the property of Design Jadugar and/or its licensors. This includes the design, structure, coordination, and overall “look and feel” of the Platform, which are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform and Services solely as permitted under these Terms. Except as expressly authorized, Users shall not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform or any content;
- Use data scraping, data mining, bots, or similar tools to extract content or information;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of any part of the Platform;
- Use any trademarks, service marks, or trade names, including “Design Jadugar” and its logos, without prior written consent.
No part of the Platform or Services may be used in any manner not explicitly permitted by these Terms. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
Users agree that they do not gain any ownership rights in Design Jadugar’s intellectual property by using the Platform. All goodwill generated through use of the Platform shall solely benefit Design Jadugar.
If a User voluntarily provides any feedback, suggestions, or ideas to improve the Platform or Services, the User agrees that such feedback becomes the property of Design Jadugar. Design Jadugar is free to use this feedback for any purpose, without any obligation to the User.
Logos, trademarks, or service marks of third parties displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and may not imply affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform may include links to third-party websites, products, services, advertisements, or other resources (“Third-Party Resources”) that are not owned or operated by Design Jadugar. These are provided solely for convenience and reference purposes.
Design Jadugar does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, reliability, content, or practices of any Third-Party Resources. Accessing or using any Third-Party Resources is done entirely at your own risk.
By using such Third-Party Resources, you acknowledge and agree:
- That Design Jadugar shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Resource;
- That you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy policies, and any other rules applicable to such Third-Party Resources;
- That Design Jadugar does not monitor or verify the content of such external sites or services and is not responsible for any representations, warranties, or actions made by them.
You expressly release Design Jadugar, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your interaction or engagement with any Third-Party Resources.
10. Third-Party Resources
The Platform may include links to third-party websites, products, services, advertisements, or other resources (“Third-Party Resources”) that are not owned or operated by Design Jadugar. These are provided solely for convenience and reference purposes.
Design Jadugar does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, reliability, content, or practices of any Third-Party Resources. Accessing or using any Third-Party Resources is done entirely at your own risk.
By using such Third-Party Resources, you acknowledge and agree:
- That Design Jadugar shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or inconvenience resulting from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Resource;
- That you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy policies, and any other rules applicable to such Third-Party Resources;
- That Design Jadugar does not monitor or verify the content of such external sites or services and is not responsible for any representations, warranties, or actions made by them.
You expressly release Design Jadugar, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your interaction or engagement with any Third-Party Resources.
Design Jadugar is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with transparency and care. We consider the security of your personal data a fundamental priority.
By using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge and agree that any information provided by you, including sensitive personal and/or financial information (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules), may be collected, stored, processed, and used by Design Jadugar in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in line with reasonable security practices and procedures under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

By continuing to use our Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Liabilities
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you expressly understand and agree that the Platform, products (including but not limited to software), and Services are provided by Design Jadugar on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Design Jadugar does not warrant that:
- The Platform or Services will meet your specific requirements;
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- The results obtained from the use of the Platform or Services will be accurate or reliable;
- Any errors or defects will be corrected; or
- The descriptions, quality, or credentials of products or services offered by third parties on or through the Platform are complete, accurate, or reliable.
You understand that all interactions, communications, and transactions with any Third-Party Vendors or Service Providers are solely between you and the respective parties. Design Jadugar does not control or endorse these third parties, and you engage with them entirely at your own risk. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.
In the event of any dispute between you and any other user or third party, you agree to release Design Jadugar, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to such dispute.
Design Jadugar shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data;
- Any damages arising from interruptions, delays, or inability to use the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or causes beyond its control;
- Any viruses, malware, or harmful content that may be downloaded through the Platform;
- Any advertising material submitted by third parties or the accuracy of such content.
Any materials, files, or information downloaded from the Platform are done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage to your systems or data.
This section survives any termination or expiration of these Terms or your use of the Platform or Services.
13. Term, Violation, Suspension, and Termination
The agreement between Design Jadugar and each User under these Terms shall take effect upon the earlier of (i) the User’s commencement of the use of the Platform and/or Services, (ii) registration of an Account (if applicable), or (iii) execution of a written agreement with Design Jadugar in respect of the use of the Services. These Terms will remain in full force and effect as long as the relevant User continues to use the Platform and/or Services, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
If you object to these Terms or are dissatisfied with the Platform or Services, your only recourse is to close your Account (if applicable) and/or discontinue use of the Platform and Services.
Design Jadugar may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or your Account (if applicable) without any liability if you are found to have:
- Violated or breached any clause of these Terms;
- Acted in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or unethical;
- Exploited or manipulated the Platform or its Services in an unauthorized or harmful manner.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform and Services shall cease immediately. Design Jadugar may delete all related data, content, and Account information, except where retention is necessary for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance.
Design Jadugar is committed to a safe, inclusive, and ethical ecosystem. Any violation of the following policies shall be grounds for immediate termination of your access to the Platform and Services:
- You must not offer, promise, give, request, or accept any bribe, kickback, gift, or unlawful payment, either directly or indirectly, in connection with any transaction, business gain, or service engagement.
- Attempting to influence decisions or gain unfair advantage through illegal or unethical means is strictly prohibited and may be reported under applicable laws, including the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
- Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, language, nationality, physical ability, or any other protected characteristic is not permitted.
- All Users are expected to foster an environment of inclusivity and respect. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behaviour will result in account suspension or termination.
- Sexual Harassment Policy
- Sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or written, including unwelcome advances, suggestive comments, sharing of inappropriate content, or creating a hostile environment, is not tolerated.
- This policy is in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Any breach may result in termination and appropriate legal action.
Design Jadugar reserves the right to investigate and take action—including immediate suspension or termination—on any behaviour in violation of these policies, without prior notice.
Design Jadugar also reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief if you violate these Terms in a manner that causes or may cause irreparable harm, in addition to seeking monetary damages and legal costs if applicable.
Even after termination, you remain responsible for completing any outstanding transactions entered into prior to termination, including any payments owed.
Design Jadugar reserves the right to discontinue Services permanently if your actions are found to breach any of the above policies or relevant laws.
14. Relationship Between Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create or imply a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Design Jadugar. The relationship between the parties is solely that of independent, principal-to-principal contractors.
Each party acknowledges that it has no authority—whether actual, apparent, or implied—to bind or obligate the other party in any manner whatsoever. Neither party shall represent or hold itself out as having such authority unless expressly agreed in writing.
This clause ensures that all engagements between you and Design Jadugar remain independent and free of any legal representation or fiduciary obligations unless otherwise stated.
15. Report Abuse
If you encounter any form of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms, or come across any content on the Platform that you find to be inappropriate, offensive, or objectionable, we encourage you to report it promptly.

16. Report Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that any content, product, or service on the Platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you must promptly notify Design Jadugar in writing at care@designjadugar.com.
Please note that only the rightful owner of the intellectual property or an agent duly authorized to act on their behalf may submit such a notification. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading claim may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform and/or Services.
Your infringement notice must include the following information:
- Your contact information – including your full name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- Identification of the intellectual property – a clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property that you believe has been infringed.
- Description of the allegedly infringing material – including sufficient detail and the exact location (URL or specific section) on the Platform to help us identify the content in question.
- Good faith statement – a declaration that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, their agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement – a statement affirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature – your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Design Jadugar will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content in accordance with applicable laws.
17. Notice
All notices from Design Jadugar shall be delivered either:
- By email to your registered email address: Magic@designjadugar.com, or
- By general notification posted on the Platform.
Any notice you wish to provide to Design Jadugar under these Terms must be sent via email to care@designjadugar.com with the subject line:
18. Other Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Design Jadugar with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. Design Jadugar may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without requiring your consent.
Your use and access of the Platform constitutes your electronic acceptance and signature, making these Terms legally binding on you.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Design Jadugar’s failure or delay to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
Except where otherwise specified, neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to an Event of Force Majeure, including but not limited to: acts of God, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, embargoes, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, power or resource shortages, or government actions. In such cases, the affected party’s performance timeline shall be extended by a period equal to the delay, and the party shall resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Regardless of the jurisdiction from which you access or use the Platform and/or Services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.
