Design Jadugar Referral Program - Terms and Conditions
Program Duration and Modifications
1.1 This Referral Program (the “Program”) is effective from 01/04/2025 and is exclusively available to registered customers of Design Jadugar (the “Eligible Participants”). The Program will remain in effect for a limited period, as specified by Design Jadugar.
1.2 Design Jadugar reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Program, including its eligibility requirements, reward structure, and any other aspects, at any time without prior notice
Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Participation in the Program is open to current and previous Design Jadugar customers who have a valid account with the company and have completed at least one purchase or project with Design Jadugar.
2.2 To qualify for the Program, participants must refer a new customer (“Referred Customer”) who has not previously engaged with Design Jadugar.
2.3 The Referred Customer must book and finalize a project with Design Jadugar as per the conditions of the Program.
Referral Earnings Structure
3.1 For each successful referral, the referring customer (the “Referrer”) will earn 3% of the referred project’s value or a fixed amount of Rs. 20,000, whichever is higher. The earnings are paid in three instalments as follows:
First Instalment (Rs. 2,500) – Paid when the Referred Customer visits the Experience Centre for the first time and their visit is successfully registered by the Experience Centre Manager, as confirmed by Design Jadugar’s team.
Second Instalment (Rs. 7,500) – Paid when the Referred Customer proceeds to book a project with Design Jadugar.
Remaining Instalment – Paid when the Referred Customer finalizes the sales order for their project with Design Jadugar.
3.2 Design Jadugar reserves the right to modify or amend the stages of the payout or the amounts specified without prior notice
Payout Timing
4.1 Referral payouts will be processed between the 15th to 20th of each month.
4.2 If the Referred Customer achieves any qualifying milestone between the 1st and 14th of the month, the corresponding referral payout will be processed in the same month.
4.3 If the milestone is achieved between the 15th and 30th of the month, the referral payout will be processed in the following month.
Invalidated Referrals
5.1 Referrals will be deemed invalid under the following circumstances:
The Referred Customer has previously contacted or registered with Design Jadugar prior to the referral.
The final order value of the referred project (after discounts and taxes) is below Rs. 3.5 lakh.
Any discrepancies regarding the status of the referred project may result in the invalidation of the referral.
5.2 Design Jadugar reserves the right to disqualify and invalidate any referrals for reasons including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or discrepancies in the referral process.
Fraudulent Practices
6.1 Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to falsifying referrals, providing false or misleading information, or any attempts to manipulate the referral process, will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
6.2 Design Jadugar retains the discretion to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity, and if such practices are detected, the Referrer will be deemed ineligible for any future payouts under the Program.
Employee Eligibility
7.1 Employees of Design Jadugar, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Referral Program.
7.2 This provision is in place to ensure fairness and transparency in the Program.
Multiple Referrals
8.1 In cases where multiple referrals are made for the same individual (Referred Customer), the referral credit will be granted to the Referrer whose referral was recorded first in Design Jadugar’s system.
8.2 The timestamp of the referral entry will be used to determine the first recorded referral.
8.3 Design Jadugar holds the authority to make the final decision on referral credit allocation, and all decisions made are binding.
General Terms
9.1 Amendments – Design Jadugar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on Design Jadugar’s website and will govern the Program.
9.2 No Cash Equivalent – Referral rewards are provided only in the form of monetary payouts or as specified by Design Jadugar. Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other form.
9.3 Tax Implications – Any taxes arising from referral earnings are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
9.4 Program Termination – Design Jadugar reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, no further referrals will be eligible for reward payouts.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India
