Design Jadugar Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Duration and Modifications
1.1 This Referral Program (“Program”) is effective from 01/04/2025 and is exclusively available to registered customers of Design Jadugar (“Eligible Participants”). The Program will remain in effect for a limited period, as specified by Design Jadugar.
1.2 Design Jadugar reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify the Program — including eligibility criteria, reward structure, payout stages, or any other aspect — at any time, without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Participation is open to current and past customers of Design Jadugar who:
- Have a valid customer account, and
- Have completed at least one purchase or project with Design Jadugar.
2.2 To qualify, the participant must refer a new customer (“Referred Customer”) who has never engaged with Design Jadugar before.
2.3 The Referred Customer must book and finalize a project with Design Jadugar to be eligible for referral benefits.
3.1 For each successful referral, the referring customer (“Referrer”) will earn 3% of the referred project’s value or ₹20,000, whichever is higher.
3.2 Payouts are made in three stages:
- First Instalment – ₹2,500: Paid when the Referred Customer visits the Experience Centre for the first time and the visit is officially registered by the Experience Centre Manager.
- Second Instalment – ₹7,500: Paid when the Referred Customer books a project with Design Jadugar.
- Final Instalment – Remaining Balance: Paid when the Referred Customer finalizes the sales order for their project.
3.3 Design Jadugar may amend payout stages or amounts without prior notice.
4. Payout Timing
4.1 Referral payouts are processed between the 15th–20th of each month.
4.2 If the qualifying milestone is achieved between the 1st–14th, payout will be made in the same month.
4.3 If the milestone is achieved between the 15th–30th, payout will be processed in the following month.
5. Invalidated Referrals
5.1 A referral will be deemed invalid if:
- The Referred Customer has previously contacted or registered with Design Jadugar before the referral.
- The final order value (after discounts & taxes) is below ₹3.5 lakh.
- Discrepancies arise regarding the status or value of the referred project.
5.2 Design Jadugar reserves the right to disqualify referrals in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or process violations.
6. Fraudulent Practices
6.1 Any fraudulent activity, including falsifying referral details, providing misleading information, or manipulating the referral process, will result in immediate disqualification.
6.2 Design Jadugar retains the right to investigate suspected fraud and deny payouts for such referrals.
7. Employee Eligibility
7.1 Employees of Design Jadugar and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Program.
7.2 This rule ensures fairness and transparency.
8. Multiple Referrals
8.1 If multiple participants refer the same customer, the first recorded referral in Design Jadugar’s system will be considered valid.
8.2 Timestamp of referral entry will determine eligibility.
8.3 The company’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.
9. General Terms
9.1 Amendments – Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version on Design Jadugar’s official website will apply.
9.2 No Cash Equivalent – Rewards are issued as monetary payouts only; they cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation.
9.3 Tax Responsibility – Any taxes on referral earnings must be paid by the Referrer.
9.4 Program Termination – Design Jadugar may end the Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals made after termination will not qualify for rewards.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1 This Program is governed by the laws of India.
10.2 All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
