What are the payment terms?
We offer a transparent and milestone-based payment schedule. To book your project, a deposit of 10% of the total cost or ₹51,000 (whichever is higher) is required. The rest is broken down into milestone payments, which will be clearly mentioned in your personalized quotation.
How much will my home design project cost?
After your initial consultation, you’ll receive a custom design proposal and detailed quotation tailored to your preferences. Your final cost depends on scope, materials, furnishings, and design complexity.
Do you charge for site visits?
Your initial consultation and a reasonable number of site visits are included. If additional or specialized visits are required, they may carry a small fee — your project manager will inform you in advance.
What is covered in the final project cost?
Your final quotation includes: Design & project management fees, Material and furniture costs (if purchased through us), Labour charges for execution, Applicable taxes. A full cost breakdown will be shared with you.
What is the design & project management fee?
This covers the expertise, planning, coordination, and time our team dedicates to your project. The fee is usually a percentage of your overall project cost and is clearly specified in your quote.
Why might the final quotation differ from the initial estimate?
The initial estimate is indicative. Final costs can shift based on: Design updates, Changes in materials or scope, Furniture upgrades. We ensure transparency at every step and will inform you before changes are made.
Does the pricing of products and furniture change?
Yes, due to market fluctuations, prices may change. All prices in your quote are valid for a specific time period, clearly mentioned in your quotation.
How is the project cost determined?
Project cost is based on: Design complexity, Selected materials, Customization, Scope of work. We don’t calculate based only on square footage — your design is unique, and so is your price.
How do I make payments?
Make payments directly to Design Jadugar via: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque. Please never make payments to contractors or individual team members.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are generally not available once the work has commenced. However, we are committed to your satisfaction — please contact your project manager to resolve any concerns.
Are Design Jadugar services priced separately?
We offer complete packages covering design and execution. However, we may consider offering standalone services based on your needs — feel free to discuss this with us.
