Managing My Home Project
1. Who will manage my project?
Your dedicated Design Jadugar design team will be your single point of contact and will manage your project from initial consultation through to final execution.
2. Will I need to manage the vendors/contractors?
No. Design Jadugar will handle the coordination and management of all vendors and contractors involved in your project. We will act as your liaison, ensuring that all work is completed to our standards and within the agreed-upon timeline.
3. How will I receive updates on my home project?
We believe in transparent communication. Your project manager will provide regular updates on the progress of your project through Application and We will also (virtual) to discuss progress and address any questions or concerns you may have.
4. Do I have to regularly visit the site?
While site visits are not required, we encourage you to visit the site periodically to see the progress and discuss any specific details with your project manager. Your project manager will schedule key site visits with you at important milestones throughout the project.
5. Who will be supervising the site work daily?
Our trusted and vetted contractors will have on-site supervisors present daily to oversee the execution of your project. Your Design Jadugar project manager will also make regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to the project plan.
6. Can I stay in my house while it's being renovated?
Whether or not you can stay in your home during renovations depends on the scope and nature of the work being done. We recommend discussing this with your project manager during the planning phase to assess the feasibility and any potential disruptions.
7. My project is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
If you have concerns about the project timeline, please contact your project manager as soon as possible. We will investigate the reasons for any delays and discuss solutions with you. We understand that timelines are important and we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
8. I have concerns about my ongoing project. Who do I get in touch with?
Your first point of contact for any concerns is your dedicated project manager. If your concerns are not resolved by your project manager, you can escalate them to customer service manager and if still not solved then you can directly contact to Head Designer. Delivery and Execution
1. Who will be installing my home interiors?
Your on-site execution will be handled by expert service partners, carefully selected from our network of trusted professionals. We choose partners based on their expertise, quality of work, and adherence to our standards. All Design Jadugar branded products are manufactured to our specifications, and installation is handled by our trained teams. For customized products or specialized services, we work with trusted partners who meet our quality and service criteria.
2. Who are service partners?
Our service partners are vetted professionals, chosen for their skills, experience, and reliability. They undergo a thorough evaluation process to ensure they meet our quality, timeline, pricing, and workmanship standards.
3. What are the parameters on which Design Jadugar vets service partners?
We evaluate service partners on a range of criteria, including pricing, craftsmanship, and adherence to timelines, labour management, site preservation, and overall professionalism. We conduct regular audits to ensure they continue to meet our standards.
4. At what point during the project, do I choose a service partner?
Design Jadugar selects the most suitable service partner for your project based on your design, scope, budget, and timeline location. We handle this process to ensure a seamless and efficient execution.
5. Can I select the service partner for my project?
Design Jadugar manages the selection of service partners to guarantee quality and compatibility with our design vision. We work with a pre-vetted network of trusted professionals to ensure the best outcome for your project.
6. How many quotes will I receive from service partners?
Design Jadugar handles the quoting process internally with our network of service partners. We will present you with a comprehensive project quote that includes all costs.
7. The quotes shared by Service Partners are higher than expected. Can I request for more quotes that fit my budget?
We work with our network of service partners to provide competitive pricing. If you have budget concerns, please discuss them with your project manager, and we will explore options to meet your needs.
8. Can I bring my own contractor to execute the design?
While we have a network of trusted service partners, we are open to discussing the possibility of working with your preferred contractor. Please discuss this with your project manager early in the process so we can evaluate if they meet our requirements.
9. Will the chosen service partner offer everything that I require for my home project?
We select service partners based on their ability to handle the scope of your project. For specialized services, we may work with multiple partners to ensure the best expertise for each aspect of the project. Design Jadugar will not be responsible for any work done by the service partner.
10. How long will it take for designing and execution of my project?
The designing and execution timeline depends on the specifics of your project, including the products ordered, the complexity of the installation, and site readiness. We will provide you with a detailed schedule once your order is confirmed and will keep you updated on any changes.
11. What happens if I only go ahead with a modular order and opt for an independent contractor doing some civil work on site?
For projects where we are only providing modular products, we will coordinate the delivery date with you based on the readiness of your site after the civil work is completed. We require confirmation of site readiness before dispatch. Storage charges may apply for delays in site readiness beyond a specified timeframe.
12. How soon can I expect work to begin?
Work will typically begin once your order confirmation payment is received and the site is ready. We will coordinate with the service partner and keep you informed of the start date.
13. Will Design Jadugar service partners affect promised timelines?
We strive to adhere to project timelines. Your project manager will work closely with the service partners to ensure timelines are met. However, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. We will communicate any such delays to you promptly.
14. Who will be my go-to person during execution?
Your dedicated project manager will be your primary point of contact throughout the execution process. They will be available to answer your questions and address any concerns.
15. Who will audit the quality of the project?
We have a quality control process in place, including regular site visits by your project manager and periodic audits by our quality assurance team.
16. Are Design Jadugar services chargeable?
Yes, our design and project management services are chargeable. The cost will be clearly outlined in your quotation and will be agreed upon before the project begins.
17. Are Design Jadugar services inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes.
18. Why is there an expiry date attached to the quote?
Prices for materials, labour, and services can fluctuate due to market conditions. The expiry date ensures that the quoted prices are valid for a specific period.
19. Will I receive a separate invoice from the Design Jadugar service partner?
Invoices are for products and services will be provided by Design Jadugar.
20. Do service partners offer a separate warranty/guarantee?
Warranties and guarantees for products and services are typically provided by the manufacturers or vendors. We will facilitate communication between you and the relevant parties regarding any warranty claims.
21. How much damage does the insurance cover protect?
We maintain insurance coverage for potential damages arising from our services. The specific details of the coverage will be provided to you in your project contract.
22. Will I get a refund if I am unhappy with the quality of work of the service partner?
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quality of work, please contact your project manager. We will work with you to address the concerns and find a resolution.

Paying for My Home Interiors
1. What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms are clearly outlined in your personalized quotation. Payments are typically structured at different project milestones, as detailed in your quotation. We require a deposit of 10% of the total project cost or ₹51,000, whichever is higher, upon booking to secure your project. Subsequent payments are due at specific milestones, which will be clearly communicated to you. Please refer to your quotation for the complete payment schedule
2. How much will my home design project cost?
After your initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed design proposal and a personalized quotation based on your specific requirements and design choices. The final project cost will depend on the scope of work, materials selected, furniture choices, and other design elements.
3. Do you charge for site visits?
Our initial consultation and a reasonable number of site visits are included in our design fees. However, excessive or specialized site visits may be subject to additional charges. This will be discussed with you beforehand.
4. What is covered in the final project cost?
The final project cost includes all design fees, project management fees, the cost of furniture and materials (if purchased through us), labour costs for installation, and applicable taxes. A detailed breakdown of costs will be provided in your quotation.
5. What is the design & project management fee?
Our design and project management fee covers the expertise and time dedicated to your project by our designers and project managers. This fee is typically a percentage of the total project cost and is clearly outlined in your quotation.
6. Why might the final quotation be different from the initial estimate?
The initial cost estimate is a preliminary figure. The final quotation may vary depending on your design choices, material selections, furniture preferences, and any changes made during the design process. We will keep you informed of any cost adjustments as your project progresses.
7. Does the pricing of products and furniture change?
Yes, prices for products and furniture can fluctuate. Your quotation will reflect current pricing and will be valid for a specific period.
8. How is the project cost determined?
The project cost is determined by the specific design choices, materials selected, furniture preferences, and the overall scope of work. We do not price based solely on square footage, as this does not accurately reflect the complexity and cost of interior design projects.
9. How do I make payments?
All payments should be made directly to Design Jadugar according to the payment schedule outlined in your quotation. We accept only Bank transfers, online UPI payments or Cheque. Do not make payments directly to designers or contractors.
10. Are refunds available?
Refunds are typically not available once an order is placed and work has begun. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have concerns, please contact your project manager to discuss possible solutions.
