Yes. A 1-year warranty is provided on on-site services including custom woodwork, electrical fittings, plumbing, civil work, and demolition, ensuring quality and durability.

Warranty Eligibility
Design Jadugar will honor your warranty claim only if the following conditions are met:
- The product is used exclusively for normal residential/domestic purposes.
- The item remains in its original installed position and has not been relocated.
- The item is owned by the original purchaser (warranty is non-transferrable).
- The warranty period is active and has not expired.
- The product has been installed and maintained as per Design Jadugar’s guidelines.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Labour, installation, or transportation costs.
- Wear and tear of finishes and surfaces over time.
- Issues arising from plumbing/electrical fixtures, countertops, or third-party appliances.
- Cabinetry/components altered or exposed to:
- Abnormal use or modification
- Excessive moisture or water exposure
- Extreme temperatures
- Harsh or abrasive chemical cleaners
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, cuts, dents, and abrasions caused by daily use.
- Products used beyond intended function or subjected to rough handling.
- Warranty claims made after 10 days of noticing any defect or damage.
- Components that have become obsolete or discontinued, in which case replacements will be based on closest current styles.
Note: Replaced parts during the warranty term are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Repair and Replacement Terms
- All repairs/replacements are at the sole discretion of authorized Design Jadugar representatives following physical inspection.
- Repairs may be conducted on-site or off-site, depending on the nature of the defect.
- Design Jadugar’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product/component in question.
- No representative is authorized to modify or expand the warranty terms beyond what is stated here.
Legal Jurisdiction
All warranty terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
A Clear Understanding for a Hassle-Free Experience
While the Design Jadugar Warranty is designed to offer broad protection, certain natural characteristics and external conditions fall beyond our scope. Please review the following limitations and exclusions to understand what is not covered:
1. Natural Wood Characteristics
- Grain, Knots & Colour Variations: Every piece of wood is unique. Variations in grain pattern, mineral streaks, and knots are inherent to natural wood and celebrate its authenticity, not defects.
- Seasonal Movement: Wood expands and contracts with changing humidity. This may result in minor hairline cracks or panel shifts, which are considered normal and do not compromise functionality.
- Colour Changes Over Time: Exposure to sunlight, smoke, cleaning agents, or air pollutants may alter the colour and texture of wood over time. This natural aging process is expected and not considered a defect.
2. Moisture-Related Damage
- Any damage caused by exposure to water, humidity, seepage, or prolonged damp conditions, including uncleaned spills or negligence, is excluded from warranty coverage.
3. Pest Infestation
- Damages resulting from termites, ants, borers, fungus, or other infestations are not covered.
4. Rust or Corrosion
- Corrosion of hardware or metal parts due to moisture, chemical exposure, or poor maintenance is excluded.
5. Incorrect Use or Unauthorized Modifications
- Use of cabinetry beyond intended purpose
- Alterations, repairs, or disassembly by unauthorized personnel
- Use of harsh, abrasive, or corrosive cleaning agents not recommended by Design Jadugar

6. External Installations or Modifications
- Problems arising from non-Design Jadugar accessories, such as external countertops, appliances, plumbing, or lighting.
- Post-installation changes, including removal, structural modifications, or tampering with cabinetry after installation, will void the warranty.
7. Outdoor & Weathering Effects
- Exterior woodwork exposed to sunlight, rain, or harsh environments is not covered.
- Natural stone countertops, including granite and marble, are excluded from this warranty.
8. External & Uncontrollable Events
- Damages from natural disasters or unforeseen external factors, such as:
- Fire
- Flooding
- Extreme weather
- Accidents or vandalism
- Improper storage during transit
Such events are not covered under this warranty.
9. Normal Wear & Tear
- Cushion Flattening: Natural softening or flattening of cushions and foam due to usage.
- Fading: Discoloration or fading from sunlight exposure or age.
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor cuts, scratches, abrasions, and dents resulting from day-to-day use or accidental impact.
These are considered standard aging signs and do not warrant repairs or replacement.

This warranty applies to Design Jadugar-executed electrical work exceeding ₹25,000 and includes:
- Cabling – TV cables, CAT6 network cabling
- Circuit Wiring – Internal wiring for electrical circuits
- Fixture Installations – Fans, exhausts, lights, and more
- New Electrical Points – Fresh point additions
- Relocation – Shifting of electrical points by our team

- Short Circuits / Circuit Tripping
Faults arising due to material or workmanship issues during installation. - Loose Electrical Contacts
Includes faulty switches, plug points, or connectors caused by improper installation. - Installation Defects

Limitations & Exclusions
Eligibility Conditions
- Applicable only when Design Jadugar has confirmed the site has no voltage fluctuation or input supply issues.
- Only valid if Design Jadugar-approved wiring and fixtures are used.
Power Supply & Input Voltage
- Malfunctions from external power fluctuations or mains voltage issues are excluded.
- Incorrect mains input, or use of unapproved high-load appliances, voids the warranty.
Water & Moisture Damage
- Failures from leaks, damp walls, or ground-level moisture affecting wiring or conduits are not covered.
Physical Damage / Unauthorized Work
- Warranty is void if components (wires, switches, conduits) are tampered with, broken, or altered by any unauthorized party.
- Any modification outside of Design Jadugar’s scope is strictly excluded.
Non-Design Jadugar Components
- Main lines, heavy cables, and external DB (Distribution Board) work not carried out by us is excluded.
- If performed upon request, such work carries a limited 1-year warranty only.
Misuse or Overload
- Overloading of points or connection of incompatible appliances is not covered.
- Warranty will not apply to points used beyond their rated capacity.
Product Availability
- Replacements depend on market availability.
- If the original component is discontinued, a visually and functionally similar SKU will be used.
Uncontrollable Factors
- Damage due to floods, fires, lightning, or Acts of God is not covered.

- Plumbing fixture installation
- Creation or relocation of plumbing inlets (water points)
- Creation or relocation of plumbing outlets (drain points)
- Complete plumbing line package (supply and installation of water and drain lines)
- Plumbing fixture installation packages
Covered Under Warranty
- Leakage in Plumbing or Sanitary Pipes
Any leakage in pipelines installed by Design Jadugar due to faulty workmanship or defective materials. - Manufacturing Defects
Structural flaws in plumbing or sanitary pipes impacting water flow or usage. - Improper Installation-Related Clogging
Blockages caused by errors during the initial plumbing system setup.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
- Eligibility for Warranty Coverage
- Warranty applies only when the total plumbing work exceeds ₹25,000 and a Design Jadugar inspection confirms quality assurance.
- The customer must retain the entire plumbing system as executed by Design Jadugar without alterations by external parties.
- Water Quality & Environmental Conditions
- Failures caused by poor water quality, such as mineral deposits or chalk buildup due to hard water, are not covered.
- Seepage, persistent leaks, or capillary water rise from the ground voids warranty.
- Physical Damage or Mishandling
- External impact or mishandling of plumbing elements, including pipes, fittings, and joints, is not covered.
- Warranty becomes void if repairs or modifications are made by unauthorized individuals.
- External Plumbing Infrastructure
- Plumbing systems like main supply lines, duct pipelines, terrace drainage, sewage pipes, soak pits, and backfilling work are excluded, unless explicitly handled by Design Jadugar.
- If Design Jadugar carries out such external work, it is covered for 6 months only.
- Non-Design Jadugar Components
- For repairs involving fixtures not provided by Design Jadugar (such as taps, tiles, or sanitaryware), the client must make these items available during service visits.
- Scaling and Fixture Wear
- Scaling, discoloration, or wear on metal components (e.g., taps, faucets, showerheads) due to water quality are not considered defects.
- Failures due to long-term neglect or poor maintenance are also excluded.
- Product Replacement Limitations
- Component replacements depend on market availability.
- If identical SKUs are unavailable, visually and functionally similar parts may be used, possibly from a different brand or model.
- Environmental and Uncontrollable Factors
- Design Jadugar does not cover plumbing failures caused by natural disasters, flooding, or environmental contaminants.
- Shifts in structural or ground conditions leading to pipe misalignment or damage are also excluded.
Civil and Demolition Warranty

- Demolition work
- Stone door/window frame installation
- Floor polishing
- L-angle supply and installation
- Mosaic/designer tiling
- PCC (Plain Cement Concrete)
- Internal plastering

- Site bull marking
- Skirting installation

- Structural and Water Damage
- Issues arising due to building structural faults or hidden internal water leakages outside Design Jadugar’s scope are not covered.
- Cracks or plaster damage caused by seepage behind walls or tiles are also excluded.
- External Installations and Surfaces
- External civil work (outdoor walls, terraces, balconies, open-to-sky areas) is not covered under this warranty.
- Granite, Stone Countertops, and Shelves
- Improper slope-related backflow or epoxy grout leakage will be covered for 6 months from installation.
- Defects in the stone material itself (e.g., granite cracks or discoloration) are not covered.
- Product Replacement Limitations
- Tile/material replacements are subject to market availability.
- If the original SKU is unavailable, a visually and functionally similar alternative may be provided, possibly from a different brand or model.
- Tiling Work Limitations
- Hollowness in tiles reported beyond 6 months post-handover is excluded.
- Colour fading or shade variations in tiles due to exposure or time are expected and not covered.
- Tiling on external surfaces, including driveways, patios, or other outdoor areas, is not included in this warranty.

This warranty applies to the following painting-related works completed by Design Jadugar:
- Interior paint (standard, texture, geometric)
- Exterior paint (only on balconies)
- Waterproofing (interior areas)
- Wallpaper base preparation
- Wood/metal painting
- Polishing or refurbishment of existing furniture
Warranty Coverage
Design Jadugar covers the following types of defects when inspected and verified by an authorized representative:
- Film Integrity Failure
Peeling or flaking caused by paint layers separating from each other or from the surface. - Colour Fading
Premature or excessive fading of paint beyond normal wear due to environmental exposure. - Fungal or Algal Growth
Appearance of fungus or algae across a minimum of 10 sq. ft. on painted surfaces. - Paint Bubbling
Formation of paint bubbles due to improper surface preparation or application technique.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
- Eligibility for Warranty
- Valid only if the total painting work exceeds ₹25,000.
- Applicable when full Design Jadugar-recommended painting system is used (including primer, 2 coats of putty, and 2–3 top coats).
- Moisture and Environmental Conditions
- Peeling, blistering, or bubbling due to water seepage, capillary moisture rise, or damp patches are excluded.
- Growth of mildew or mold from ongoing moisture conditions is not covered.
- Water-Prone Surfaces
- No coverage for areas structurally prone to moisture buildup, such as roofs, wood gutters, stairs, railings, or decks.
- Wear and Tear & External Exposure
- Ordinary wear and tear, surface abrasion, UV fading, or effects of humidity are not covered.
- Damage from abrasive agents, chemicals, or corrosive environments is excluded.
- Structural and Substrate Failures
- Paint issues resulting from cracks, structural shifting, or instability of underlying surfaces are not included.
- Paint chipping due to high moisture in substrates or pre-existing coating damage is excluded.
- External Walls and Past Coatings
- Painting on exterior walls (excluding balconies) or repairs over existing paint failures are not covered.
- No warranty for peeling of older coatings not applied by Design Jadugar.

Warranty Coverage
The following workmanship and material defects are covered if identified by a certified Design Jadugar representative:
- Board Integrity Failure
Issues like flaking, peeling, or detachment of joint compounds or materials from the ceiling substrate. - Surface Cracking
Visible cracks appearing on the ceiling surface due to poor material quality or improper installation. - Fungal or Algal Growth
Formation of algae or fungal growth covering 5 sq. ft. or more, arising from workmanship defects.

- Warranty is valid only if the total ceiling work exceeds ₹25,000.
- The customer must use the entire Design Jadugar false ceiling system, including approved brands and materials. Mixing brands or using unapproved materials voids this warranty.
- Structural and Environmental Stress
- Failures due to building structural movement, foundational shifts, or structural defects.
- Damage caused by extreme weather events like gale winds, tornadoes, earthquakes, hailstorms, floods, or fire.
- Moisture & Water Exposure
- Any water-related damage from seepage, condensation, leaking AC units, dripping pipes, or steam accumulation.
- False ceilings exposed to persistent dampness, direct water spray, or pooling are not covered.
- External Fixtures & Physical Pressure
- Cracks or damage due to mounting fixtures like chandeliers, fans, or heavy lighting.
- Any impact-based damage, including objects hitting the ceiling or downlight replacements, is excluded.
- Improper Use or Installation Environment
- Damage from installation on twisted, bent, or misaligned structural members.

If installation is carried out by Design Jadugar, the installation is covered under warranty. The product itself, however, remains subject to the brand partner’s terms. Any workmanship issues in installation will be addressed per our civil/interior service warranties.
General Terms & Conditions – Design Jadugar Warranty
These terms govern the use, validity, and limitations of the Design Jadugar Warranty. They are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and clarity for both the customer and the company.
- Warranty Commencement & Registration
- The warranty period begins on the “Commence Date”, which is the date the customer telephonically registers their warranty by calling +91 9409812103 and providing all required purchase and personal details.
- Registration must be completed within 7 days from the earlier of:
- Project handover date, or
- Date the customer moves into the property.
- Applicable for projects booked after 01/04/2025.
- Duration & Continuity
- Settlement of a claim does not reset or extend the warranty period.
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Governance & Quality Standards
- This warranty is bound by the clauses mentioned in Design Jadugar’s Quality Standards.
- Replacement or repair will be provided only after inspection by an authorized representative.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Provide site access and basic support (stool/ladder, bucket, water) for inspection and repairs.
- Retain the original invoice/contract for any warranty claim.
- Pay the full contract price for the warranty to remain valid.

- Situations Where Warranty is Not Applicable
Warranty coverage will not apply for defects arising from factors beyond Design Jadugar’s control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities (earthquakes, cyclones, floods, etc.)
- Vandalism or deliberate damage
- Acts of God
- Abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Surfaces with contaminants
- Defects in structure or previous coating
- Any other external factor not caused by Design Jadugar
- Inspection & Control Over Repairs
- Design Jadugar reserves the right to inspect and test before approving any repair.
- Customers must not carry out repairs or tamper with the product before inspection.
- The company may:
- Control and monitor repairs as per specifications.
- Appoint its own contractor or approve the customer’s nominated contractor.
- Repairs & Additional Charges
- Repairs will be executed within the warranty timeline for genuine defects.
- Additional work beyond the identified defect will be chargeable and must be approved by the customer.
- Design Jadugar does not provide alternative accommodation during repairs.
- Costs for dismantling, reassembly, or relocation are to be borne by the customer (protective covering will be provided where necessary).
- Product Availability & Discontinuation
- Repairs or replacements depend on current product offerings.
- If a product or component is obsolete/discontinued, a similar style/make will be offered.
- Exact color, finish, or texture matches are not guaranteed.
- Sole & Exclusive Remedy
- At its discretion, Design Jadugar may:
- Repair the defective product/component,
- Replace it, or
- Refund/provide credit for the original purchase price if repair/replacement is not feasible.
- Labour costs for original installation, removal, or reinstallation are not covered.
- Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- No liability for:
- Loss of use or inconvenience
- Property damage
- Loss of profits
- Consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages
- Not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond control.
- Customers must take reasonable steps to mitigate damages.
- Claim Time Limits
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery, in writing, to an authorized representative.
- Legal actions must be initiated within one year of discovery.
- No proceedings can begin before completing the full evaluation process; otherwise, the warranty becomes null and void.
- Legal Jurisdiction & Confidentiality
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
- Both parties must keep all dispute-related matters confidential.
- Disclaimer of Warranty
- This is the only express warranty offered by Design Jadugar.
- All other warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed unless legally unavoidable.
Warranty is valid only under normal use and reasonable maintenance, with no unauthorized repairs or alterations.

- Daily rates as assessed by Design Jadugar.

- Replacement Parts & Material Availability
- Design Jadugar will replace materials or finishes only if the exact SKU is available in the market.
- If the original material is discontinued or unavailable:
- A similar product will be provided as a replacement.
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.
- Replacement may be from a different brand if needed.

- Due to the natural variability of materials and finishes, exact matches in colour or texture cannot be guaranteed in repairs or replacements.

- Damage caused by uncontrollable external events, such as:
- Fire
- Floods
- Vandalism

- Provide unrestricted access to the affected area for Design Jadugar representatives to conduct inspections and repairs.
- Allow our authorized personnel or approved contractors to carry out necessary work without delay.
- Compliance with Care Guidelines
- Follow all care and maintenance guidelines provided by Design Jadugar.
- Non-compliance may result in the voiding of warranty claims.
- Exclusions – Factors Beyond Our Control
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:
- Natural calamities (earthquakes, cyclones, floods)
- Vandalism or damage by third parties
- Acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather)
- Abuse, negligence, or improper use by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Surfaces with chemical contamination or residue
- Structural failures or defects in prior coatings
- Any other external or environmental factors
- No Tampering Before Inspection
- Customers must not attempt repairs, alterations, or modifications before an official inspection.
- Any unauthorized work before inspection will void the warranty.

- Design Jadugar will make best efforts to complete repairs promptly.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
- Control Over Repairs
At our sole discretion, Design Jadugar may:
- Monitor and control the repair process in accordance with our specifications.
- Appoint an authorized contractor or approve a contractor proposed by the customer.
- On-Site Support Requirements
The customer must provide:
- Stool or ladder
- Bucket
- Water (for mixing paint or other required work)
- Decision Authority
- All repair or replacement decisions rest solely with Design Jadugar’s authorized representative, following an inspection.
- Product Availability
- Repairs or replacements are subject to the current product offerings in the Design Jadugar line at the time of the claim.
- If a product is discontinued, we will replace it with the closest available match.
Electrical Work Warranty – Design Jadugar
Coverage Period
- Up to 1 year from completion date for eligible electrical works.
Covered Works
- TV & CAT6 cabling
- Circuit wiring (internal electrical wiring)
- Electrical fixture installation (fans, lights, exhaust fans, etc.)
- New electrical point creation
- Relocation of existing electrical points
Warranty Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturing and workmanship defects, including:
- Electrical Short Circuits or Tripping caused by installation or material defects.
- Loose Electrical Contacts in plugs, switches, or circuit components due to faulty installation.
- Installation Defects in wiring, circuits, or fixture installation within Design Jadugar’s defined scope.
