Design Jadugar Payment Policy

Welcome to the Design Jadugar Payment Policy. We offer multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior design journey seamless and secure.

1. Online Payments

Every quotation shared with you will include an online payment link. The payment is processed through the secure PhonePe gateway, and you can use it to pay through all major:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • UPI
  • Wallets

If you prefer a bank/wire transfer, contact your project manager for payment details.

2. Offline Payments

To opt for this method, speak to your project manager. All cheques or drafts must be in favor of SR Interior Designs Private Limited.

Transaction Security Guarantee

We respect your financial privacy, and we guarantee the security of all online transactions made with us. Transactions are secured via Bank Transfer, which adheres to strict security standards for online payments.
PhonePe is compliant with all relevant security certifications and regulations. So, you can transact online with us without any worry.

Transaction Failures

In the event of a failed online transaction, no amount will be deducted from your account or card.

Cancellations

Effective from 01st April, 2024

At Design Jadugar, we endeavour to provide every customer with the best experience.
We do not offer general cancellations once a project is booked.

However, in exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be considered at the sole discretion of Design Jadugar.

Any cancellation request will be subject to review and may incur charges for:

  • Design fees
  • Materials already ordered
  • Services rendered

Please speak to your project manager as soon as possible to discuss any concerns. Each case will be evaluated individually.
